Please help where's Ignition Coil "D"???

My service engine soon light came on so I went to Autozone and got the codes read. It came up P0354 - Ignition Coil "D" Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction

Does that mean that 1. maybe the coil isn't making good contact with the plug, i.e. it isn't down all the way, 2. the COP is bad, or 3. bad wiring? It idles fine, doesn't miss, and accelerates like normal.

Where is ignition coil D? I know they put the coils on top of each plug, so would coil "D" refer to cylinder 4 in the firing order or something else? Please help. Thanks.

D is also referred to as #4. #4 is the passenger side against the firewall.
