Have a f150 4+4 2004 with 7500 miles. I have had truck in 3 times now for a check with the wrench light coming on then all of a sudden the truck vibrates and truck feels like you have run out of gas. dealer came back with code p2106and followed ssm? recalibrate pcm. this was at 4500 miles now it is happening again.
I live at high altitude 8000ft and the gas mileage is still around 11mpg

There are about five other posts dealing with this issue in 2004 F-150's.

Seems to be a problem with the throttle body or the pcm.

BTW, I have a 2003 SuperCrew, live at 8,100 feet and am getting 16mpg.

I think you definitely have a problem if you are getting only 11 mpg.
