need some tips for getting some more hp out of my 96 F150 302
Im 15 and I really dont know that much but I need some tips on how to get the most out of my pickup. Its a 1996 F150 with a 302, completely stock.

The quickest way would be to bump the timing up to 13 or 14 degrees, but you will have to run high octane fuel.
Next would be underdrive pullys
Cold air intake system.
Dual exhaust with headers.
Cams, roller rockers, new heads.
Power adders, nitrous, turbo, superchargers.
The list gets more expensive as you go.
Start reading the Lightning forum, the same tricks used with the Gen 1 Lightnings will work with a 302.
All the different Mustang magazines are a wealth of info.
Good luck, drive safely and prudently, I am lucky I survived my teen driving years. Wish I knew then , what I know now.
