Got a miss

A few weeks ago I did some work on my front fuel tank (95 F-150 I-6 5-speed) and since then I've had a miss on acceleration in all 5 gears after the truck warms up to normal running temp. It's done this once before for about a week (about a year ago...cold weather maybe??) and I replaced plugs and run injector cleaner and it cleared up. So since I've done the fuel work this has been happening. The strange thing is, the miss happens on either tank, front or back. I didn't touch the back tank. Also, when I did the tank work, I removed the bed so that I wouldn't have to drop the tank. I made sure the lines weren't pinched and the sending unit was in good (I had to replace the O-ring). I've recently put in a fuel injector cleaner with a tankful of 91 octane to try to clean the injectors and lines if I got dirt or something in it. I thought it might be the whole front sending unit but it does it also on the back tank.
Any ideas?
Thx,
tbird
