I have a 97 F150 4.2L. I am having trouble with my oil sensor fluctuating sporadically when I slow down or stop after driving to work. The distance from my house to work is 13 miles. The speed limit is 70 mph (but I have traveled the same distance at 40 mph). I can drive around town and the problem does not happen. It only happens when I drive away from the town. I have the Ford dealership up here do all maintenance to my truck right now and they can not tell me what the problem is. I am currently in ND where it will be getting a lot colder than 0 degrees. Also, I have also driven the distance when the vehicle is warm. I need help.
