amsoil vs. mobile what

amsoil vs. mobile what

hey everyone, i had a ? what do you guys think amsoil or mobile 1??? i have both readily availible in my area (northern MN) and both fairly the same price. i have just started putting in mobile one, but if you think amsoil is better ill switch. what you think??

I'm using Mobil 1 just because I have not found a local source for Amsoil yet. If they were sitting side by side on the shelf and were the same price, I'd definitely take the Amsoil. I would not go out of my way to run Amsoil over Mobil 1, I would just do it if it was convenient.

I would guess in MN you would be worried about pour point and Cold Cranking Viscosity. I would get spec sheets on each and compare.

I know that the Amsoil 0w30 has a pour point of -65F. With a CCS Viscosity of 5520@ -35.
