Ford Expy running rough
My Ford feels heavy when driving. What should I be checking?
idle is 600rpm while in park and while driving, I am just getting 11mpg

If you have no Check Engine LIght on start with the least expensive items first: Air Filter, Fuel Filter, Spark Plugs (stay away from Bosch plugs. Use NGK or Motocraft).
If this does not fix the problem, remove and clean your throttle body and EGR ports.
If this does not fix the problem, purchase a new coil pack (about $50. at Autozone. I'm assuming your Expedition has COP ignition) and swap it out one at a time then test drive the vehicle to see if it's fixed.
If this doesn't work, take your checkbook and a can of vaseline, and run down to the dealer! Just kidding. Post back and let us know.
