interesting night

hey guys, i dont know where this should be posted to bear with me.

tonight i went to the movies with my girlfriend, we saw th incredibles, i recommend it- good movie, anyway it was a great night, happy, laughing etc. so were leaving, its cold and im holdingher etc. so i walk over to the truck and hear a crunch, im like wtf? did someone throw a bottle at my truck or some ****?
so i open my door then look down and its all this TINTED glass. im like "weird.." then i notice the back window, smashed. smash and grab. they took my CD's 35 or so, my riding gear, and a ****ing can of CHAIN LUBE

i hope whoever did this gets theirs, hopefully it involves a bus or the German Sheppardin the back of the K9 unit that showed up.

why would someone do something like this???

damn, you too? Someone stole my CD player out of my truck tonight. Luckily, I was dumb enough to forget to lock the door, so they just jumped in and grabbed it. For the full story, check out my post in the general discussion thread.

yep, about 6 weeks ago, had my drivers side window busted out while parked on a street in the middle of the day on campus. I know some people saw it happen but I got there too late. Nothing stolen thank goodness, i had some CD's and about 300 bucks worth of tools in there.

im furious right now, its not that i lost some things, because they are replacable, its just that someone broke MY window, stole MY cd's and MY cd book, MY riding gear, and they think they are entitled to break MY god damn window to get it. if the prints come back positive bad things are going to happen. im gunna be heated for awhile. your right guys, this sucks, and i feel for all of you who have had this happen to them also, thieves should rot in hell.

I feel your pain too. I have had my vehicles broken into at least three or four times. And yes-even Hoss got robbed; at least I had not locked Hoss so the thieves didn’t have to break the window. Every time I had the cops come out, some looked for prints some didn’t. Either way do not count on your stuff ever being found. One time the cops called me and requested I go down to the station to see some sub boxes that may have been mine. Unfortunately they weren’t. Next time take her car!

I hope you get them.

Damn theives. I had about $500 stolen out of my GMC years ago. When I owned my 1997 F150, somebody stuck a crowbar between the door jamb and windsheild frame. Luckily either the door frame is amazingly strong or the crack-head was a wimp, because it didn't bend. Just left a dent in the windsheild frame and about a foot long gouge in the paint.

Good luck and if you need someone to hold them while you pummel the crap outa them, give us a shout...

Looks like it's time to get yourself an alarm, or better yet a paging alarm so you can bust some heads next time it happens.

Rule #1, even with dark window tint, cover your expensive gear under old clothing or a blanket, even in the back seat.

My audio system is installed all stealth. Been lucky so far I guess.

Sorry to hear about your troubles.

I have to chime in here.. A few years back the ex wife, kids and I head to San Diego to see Shamu. I figured it was a great place to finish out the 2 week vacation, everyones tired I get to drive home in peace.

Later that night, smelling like fish, popcorn and to many hotdogs I walk out and there sits my sister in laws van - right next to my empty parking spot - they got two weeks worth of vacation souveniers, clothes and what not.

23 days later they found my truck stripped on the mexican border!!

I hope the motherF*ckers got killed in a drive by..

Sorry to hear of your woes..

A year ago as I drove by my buddys house, I saw someone breaking into his truck. I drove by and called him with my cell. He went out with a 1 1/2" wooden dowel and had a severe "talk" with him.
He is still going to court over it. Sometimes there is justice!
