Service Manual

I was wondering if anyone knew of where I could purchase a service manual that would explain to me the details of how to change my oils, replace fuel filters and self maintenance stuff. I new at all this, but I'm really into my truck and want to do some of the simpler stuff myself. I just need a little help.

Barnes and Noble has a good selection of Chiltons as well.

Auto stores have cruddy ones.
Half Price books cut the cost.
Helms has factory ones at a premium cost.
Ebay has copied Ford CDs for next to nothing.
