head gasket

hi i need some advice.On my Vectra when i check the oil there are some bubbles on the dipstick,does this mean my head gasket is going,.If so is it easy to do or do i need to take it to a garage

not Necessarily, some times when the humidity is high here my oil cap is milky but that doesn't mean anything. is the oil milky hot?? that will tell you if it is bad!
