more horsepower

i have a 98 ford f150! i have a few after market parts and i was woundering what else i could do to get some more power? i have a bbk throttle body, helix power tower spacer, granatelli mass air flow censor, hyper tech power programmer, k&n injection kit, ceramic headers, electirc fan, pace setter exhaust from the cat back. so i was hoping you could give me some more ideas. i have the 4.6 motor in a standered cab truck

Regear to 4:10 gears...it won't give you more HP, but you will be able to do more with what you have, and you will definately feel the difference off the line. Regearing with the mods you have will make your 4.6 fun to drive. I think you have reached your limit with performance mods on a 4.6 unless you are looking to spend big bucks on a charger for real HP gains.

kopez, if you want a little extra power for cheap, add a 25/75 mix of vinegar and flour to the engine oil where 1 part is flour and 3 parts is apple vinegar. this will get in your bearings, and create a no-friction zone between your rings, and everything in the engine. this mix should equal about 1/5 of the oil in your engine. it added about 12 hp on the dyno to my 79 f 150 with a 300 I6, please post your results

rustyk - that was a joke, right? I mean, no one would ever seriously recommend putting FLOUR into an engine. You need to be careful when posting stuff like that here - someone might actually think that you are serious.
