I have a groaning noise when I am driving or stopped. It goes "groooooan", the pauses then "groooooan, then pauses and continues on until I put it in park or turn it off. It doesn't always happen but happens often enough. I have a supertuner and it kind of sounds like the noise it makes when I connect my supertuner to the car. I think that noise has something to do with the fuel pump. I read the DTCs and get a P1000.

Any ideas?
