Plugs - Platinum or Not?

I'm getting ready to replace the plugs in my truck and was looking at the prices - wow, what a range! Should I go with standard or platinum? Any suggestions on brand?

Feedback is appreciated - thanks

motorcraft double platinum are the best. they came on your truck. its alot of work to change the plugs so get the best.
search plugs here and you will see alot choises, but it seem most dont like the bosch +4.

Don't waste your money on the Bosch. Motorcraft, Autolite Platinum, Denso, or NGK.

$3-4 each for the new Motorcraft fine-wire plug at most auto parts stores.

No need to spend more unless you have special needs (nitrous, blower, etc).

What is a fine-wire plug? Is double platinum better?
