Fram AirHog Air Filters
Has anyone else used the Fram AirHog Filter and what is your experience?
I just put one in and I'll tell you I felt an immediate improvement in acceleration. I'm hoping to see an improvement in MPG too.
The Fram AirHog filters are replacements for the Stock Filter and resemble the K&N filters. The filter material is orange instead of red.
They are washable and claim to be good for 250,000 miles.
They also cost a few dollars less than the K&N's do also.
They have a cool graphic too.

I have heard that many like these better than K&N. People have great results with them!
I am thinking about that or the True Flow drop in on our 04 Lariat. I already have an AirRaid on the FX4!

I haven't seen the Frams yet. It seems everyone is on the bandwagon with the oiled cotton.
I finally got around to taking some pictures of the Amsoil TS191 that I have on my truck. It seems to be working great so far.
The fit it better than the K&N that I had 3 years ago.
