Exclamation Coolant Leak Problem

Hey all.. a little help here please?

I've a 1996 F150 ... 302/V8

Anyway... today my truck began overheating and pissing coolant... i have no idea what may be causing this.. so I ask you all...

There, beside my breather-looking thing... there are two holes (plugs) or gromet looking things on the air intake assembly... just as the two hoses go into the one-peice from the air filter..on the top of the engine... there is a coolant line below it and another above it I believe... Coolant is spraying out of there when the engine gets hot.. especially when the engine is turned off...

What's wrong with my truck? is it a bad thermostat? something else? no idea what I am describing? PLEASE HELP

Thanks in advance

The throttle body has coolant flowing through it to prevent icing.
The plugs you describe are casting plugs for the coolant passages.
These plugs can corrode and leak.

You can bypass the throttle body by removing the two hoses and replacing them with one long hose.
