all right. I'v got a '78 f150 with a 400 modifided. and I'm trying to get about 1400 hp out of it. and im wondering if anyone out there knows how i could pull it off?...... and yes i do know that i need a better trany. and how could i find one that could hold up to the power? any help is nice thanks.

I have a buddy who has just over 1000 HP from his 400, complete balance/blueprint, trw pistons, performance heads, Supercharger running 12lb's and nitrous.... it is a scary truck ..... oh ya it sits on 44 inch baha claws ..... 1400 would be a sick sick engine !!
