I have a 98 Ford F-150 with an P1151 Engine code coming on. What do I need to do to fix this problem. Thanks for the help

 

It means that the "bank 2" front O2 sensor is reading a lean condition and that the ECU is unable to correct it.

Look for vacuum leaks in the PCV system...that's what I'd check first. The boots and connectors on the hoses crumble/collapse and leak.
