Emissions P0453 code

I'm getting a P0453 error code my diagnostic tool. I believe it is a problem with the canister purge valve. My chilton manual says it should have an front end impedance of 30-36 ohms. The existing unit had 59 ohms, so i purchased a new unit. However the new unit read 60 ohms. I would like to know what the correct input impedance should be. Also, if it should be about 60 ohms, where else could the problem could be occuring.

P0453 isn't a faulty canister purge valve, it's "FTP Sensor high voltage detected". (Fuel Tank Pressure).

It's FTP sensor-related...either wiring (shorts to Vref or signal return or loose/broken/open circuit) or a bad sensor.

The PID is: FTP voltage >4.50v with KOEO or KOER, engine running in any mode = hard fault.
