ok, truck finally set a code.... #4 misfire detected. #4 is the passenger side farthest aft cylinder right???

 

correct location, passenger side, closest to firewall. plenty of info here on likely cause, including possible coolant leak into plug well causing short in COP or plug boot and even rusted plugs. do a search for p0304 and you will find plenty to get you started.
