Fastest way to 250HP?
Take a look at my mods. I dynoed 200 at the wheels with Neal's 30 inch tires. They will not dyno with knobbies. Synce the dyno Mike Troyer re-burned the chip to shorten the WOT delay from 9 secs to 2. I also gasket matched the intake manifold and heads. I will be suprized if I pick up 10 more HP. The only thing left that I can see is gears and Power pullies and PI heads and long tube headers. When $$$ permits I will get 4.56:1 gears. The magic number seems to be 4.10:1 with 30 inch tall tires. The 33's I have and 4.56 gears will give me the equivalent of 4.18:1 on 30's. I will not use power pullies becasue of the winch's current draw. I have purchased a set of Neal the HP freak's Pi heads that will raise the CR to 10-10.5:1. All I have to do is pay him and install them.
Thanks a lot for all the replys, you guys have been great. As I said earlier, I already have a SI/DO Flowmaster exhaust setup. That upgrade wasn't so much for HP as it was personal gratification
It looks like I'm going to be in the market for a chip and an electrical fan, and some kind of an upgraded intake. I'll keep you guys posted (no pun intended) and put up some pictures when I figure out how to.
Thanks again,
Matt

Summit has an underdrive pulley kit that comes with a pulley for your alternator to make up for the loss in charging performance that most kits have. It is made by BBK and I had to do a catolog search just to find it. I am putting it on tomorrow so I can not wait to see how much more noticable performance I get. I already have used a Hypertech power programmer III that I got off Ebay for under $200. I have done the airbox mod and I have changed the gears to 4.56's due to the 315/75/16' on the rims. Next thing for me is a lower temp thermostat and then cat back exhaust system and maybe a set of headers. Found a set in Summit for a pretty good price.
