codes 1132, 1151, 1152, need help
Heres the history. High milage 97 4.6L runs perfect. I install Powerdyne 6 lbs, 42lb injectors, 90mm MAF and Troyer tune. I notice some black deposits on the tail pipes but I had been getting into it a lot. It also stalls for the first time ever but I go looking for other reasons and find some vaccuum problems. I then get a vaccuum gage and everything is just fine.
Then the bearings on the Powerdyne go south (yea after just about 10 days) and I pull it off and ship it back to Powerdyne. Now I put back on my stock intake and Mike says it will run fine since the MAF will adjust for less air flow.
Since then I notice a strong fuel smell and again black exhaust deposits. The truck starts to throw codes. I pull the plugs and they are black. I clean everything up and make sure there is nothing loose and again codes. When I first start the truck it is so rich it will hardly run. After it goes into closed loop it runs just fine but I can still smell unburnt gas.
I get the codes read today and I have multiple of the following codes:
1132, 1151, 1152. I already know it is running rich but the codes verify it. I pulled the vaccuum off the fuel presure regulator and no gas there but also no real change in the way the truck runs at idle. I would expect some change without vaccuum.
Any thoughts???

Well I may have found the problem. The vacuum to the fuel pressure regulator was poor. I switched it out with one I knew was working properly yesterday morning and on the way home last night (about 70 miles and 8 start ups) the check engine light went off on the dash. That is the first time I have seen the light go off without me clearing it. I got a new fuel pressure regulator and put it on this morning. I also got the vacuum cleared up.
I will see how that works out. A couple cans of sea foam in the gas should help clean everything up.
