Adding Lightning blower and getting smogged

I am going to add the Harley/Lightning blower assembly to my 2001 5.4 supercrew. I am concerned with smoging it afterwards. What are the steps that I will need to go through? BTW I live in California.

You might want to re-post in the SuperCharger & TurboCharger Forum. They have some sharp techs there (Crash) that will give you the ins and outs of what you want to do.

I researched putting a Lightning Supercharger on my 99 and found it would be easier and cheaper to go with a Magnacharger kit (CARB approved). I just haven't found the extra $$ to do it.
