Head Gasket

I have a 2000 F150 XLT supercab with the 4.6L V-8. My truck has approx. 68,000 miles on it. I just recently had the passenger side head gasket replaced due to it leaking at the rear of the engine. I can tell that they lifted the cab off the frame to gain access to the engine to do the repair. My problem now is that the truck squeaks something terrible. It mostly does it when I accelerate or press on brakes to slow down. It doesn't seem to do it at all going over bumps, etc. unless I happen to press the brakes or accelerate. I can't tell if it is coming from the seat assembly or the cab itself. Before I had this work done my truck was virtually squeak and rattle free. I am thinking of taking it back to the dealer but was wondering if there was something simple I could do or check myself? I sprayed all the rubber mounting points under the truck with a silicone spray but that had no effect.

Also, is this a common problem with the 4.6 needing to have the head gasket replaced and is it likely the other side will leak also?

Thanks.

Did they brake any bolts. I would suspect the front mounts. have a close look to make sure they are installed correctly.
