Slightly OT, back in the saddle again.

I was quite a regular here for a long time until I tossed in the towel on my beloved F150, and had an affair with a GMC Sonoma. She was a hot little truck, though quite finicky. Well, Yesterday she threw a temper tantrum, and decided to slide sideways, roll, the whole nine yards. I got out with very minimal injuries, but the truck is junk.

Having lost my transportation, I broke down, and apologized to the F150, who took me back with open arms. She has a few quirks to work out, but after driving her for the first time in months today, I realized that she's not as bad off as I thought. I'm gonna invest in her, and bring her back to the quality that she should've been long ago.
MORAL OF THE STORY: If you love something, set it free. If it's replacement kicks you in the cajones, then you shouldn't have set it free in the first place.

GM sucks at designing little trucks with no back end weight.

Thanks. I had to change an alternator today at the bank, then discovered a leaky slave cylinder for the driver's rear brakes.... Ah, the good ole days are back. I still like my old F150 though. You never realize how much you'll miss the cargo light until you don't have one. That sucker's BRIGHT!
