2000 Lightning Engine miss (please help)

I have a 2000 Lightning that has a miss when I floor it. The supercharger just falls on its face and makes a weird fluxuating noise. It seems to run alright at 3/4 throttle. Here are the parts I have on it.

-Diablo Delta Flip Chip
-Mac Intake
-Ngk iridium plugs .039 gap (made for high boost motors)
-Delfi 50lb injectors
-255L/hr fuel pump
-4lb crank pulley (billet aluminum)
-boost bypass valve (adds 3lbs of boost)
-low temp 170 degree thermostat
-new fuel filter
(truck has 30,000 miles on it)

I have been chasing this problem for awhile it started to have a miss when I added the 4lb crank pulley. I didn't have the chip reprogrammed yet (the place I bought it from said it didn't need it) I went ahead and did the bypass valve and it ran good for 3 days or so. I then took it to a shop and they found a bad coil pack (or so they thought) So it ran good until that night when I took it out. Then I called www.rpmoutlet.com, and they said I did need the chip reprogrammed. I did that and it still acted up. I proceeded with the 50lb injectors and fuel pump as well as replacing the fuel fliter to see if that helped. I had no luck. Then I tried spark plugs that are designed for high boost motors, a cold plug with a smaller gap. Once again no help, last thing I tried was taking the bypass valve off and still got nowhere.

If you have any ideas contact me at blindfury1@earthlink.net

Try posting on the Lightning forum, you'll probably get more responses there since the lightning engine is a slightly different beast It also helps that you all have the same setup (well, at the root of things anyway).
