Best place and price to get remanufactured 4.6L engine?

Where's the best and cheapest place to get a remanufactured long block engine for 4.6L F-150?

About how many hours would it take a mechanic to put it in?

Thanks

In my opinion, you can't go wrong with a Jasper long block. www.jasperengines.com

Figure 13-15 hours book time to R&R, if the guy doing it has his dope tight, 8-10 hours actual.

spelling edit

I bought a new stock 5.4L Triton from Jon Barrett Hot Rod Engines in OK www.jonbarrett.com. I think they also have some 4.6's. You should call them and check their price, they were the best deal I could find when I was checking around.
