P401 code
P0401 EGR Flow Insufficient Detected
It's most always the DPFE sensor (AKA: EGR Valve Pressure Sensor if you are going to look for it at Autozone) It's silver and about the size and shape of a box of cigarettes. It's usually located off the driver's side of the engine. Follow the two rubber hoses off the drivers side exhaust manifold and it will be on the other end. Make sure you get the hoses cleaned out too. They have a habit of clogging.

On my truck it looks like a silver flying saucer. I read somewhere on this board that you can soak it in something and it will usually clear out the carbon deposits and fix the air flow issue.

Same code?
Not trying to insult, but ....
Did you ensure it was all hooked back up properly?
Did you ensure the hoses were clear and the tubes coming off the exhaust?
