I have a 1988 with a 5.0 it runs fine and then stalls out, if i wait about 10 min it starts fine and runs for awhile then stalls again, i changed fuel filter thinking that was the problem...I am old time engines, new computor ones have me perplexed...anyway that didnt work, any suggestings where to look next?

 

A 16 year old engine/truck could be host to many things that could cause this problem. The first place that I would look would be the electronic ignition box. The second would be the distribuator and it's internals. Then plug wires and plugs...
