4.9 I6 to V-8 Swap

I recently had a 1996 F-150 "donated" to me. Overall the truck is in great shape and I'm happy with it. But it's got 110,000 miles and is definately lacking in the power department. I would like to swap in a 5.0 of 5.8 V8 from a similar year into it. Has anybody done this conversion? How much of a PITA is it? What all should I make sure and get from the donor vehicle?

Thanks in advance.

motor mounts and any brackets that won't work and a bigger radiator.check the bell housing too to make sure it'll work.if you've got a t5 it should bolt right up to a 5.0 or 5.8
