Different cam and timing gear in same head?

I picked up a head from a junkyard.. I have a 1998 4.6L Romeo F150 engine - due to the letter W as the 8th character in my VIN...

Though now that I have the valve covers off my engine, my cam and timing gear look totally different than this head from the junkyard. Is this a major cause for concern? The head looks the same from what I can see.. but should I be getting ready to take this head back or is this common to see changes in cam and stuff throughout the same head model and year?

You probably picked up a Windsor head. The Romeos have cam cap clusters where as the Windsor heads and individual cam caps.
