No DPFE Sensor?

No DPFE Sensor? (Includes Picture)
Hey Guys,
I recently have had trouble with my EGR and I thought it may be the DPFE sensor, so I purchased one from the local Ford shop and I went to put it in, and in the area it is supposed to be it is no where to be found. I am wondering what might be the problem here. Could it be that it is hiding somewhere else, or does it not have a DPFE sensor at all. I am at a loss of ideas. Thanks in advance. All help is appreciated a ton!

well it's certainly not where it's supposed to be.
I don't see the connector or the tubing that suppose to be going to it. Almost directly below that there should be two metal small tubes diverted off the egr tube i think. Check those out and see where they lead to i guess they could have purchased an aftermarket one and relocated it.
Yes it is the egr tube, just follow it down, should be about a 1ft down the pipe from the egr valve there should be two small pipes out of it.

The DPFE should be located right above the power steering
reservoir in your picture but it appears to be missing.

Ford kept the throttle body cover bracket the same when they updated to the smaller DPFE.
The DPFE is located closer to the EGR valve-it's a small square black box about and 2 inches by 1 inch. Also has two hoses connected at the bottom of the sensor.
