Question New Ford Plugs

Ford is advertising that they are using some new miracle Spark plugs or whatever in their new F150's. So here's the questions. What are they? Are they really any better? And would they be compatible with a `99 Expedition with the 5.4L?

Thanks in Advance.

The double-plats have been discontinued by Motorcraft and have been replaced by the new "fine-wire" plug. Lasts longer, supposedly. No miracle, just evolution.
