Listen to payableondeath6. It's called the squeaky wheel theory. I have learned to believe in it as I've gotten older. It works. The premise in your case is this: you did nothing wrong to the truck you bought as it had a pre-existing adverse condition.

Good luck and hold firm when discussing calmly to the dealer.

Went to start the truck to take it back to the dealer today, and the damn thing wouldn't even start, just click. I had it towed over there and told them to replace the main and rod bearings and check the starter. We'll see what happens in a couple days. I've put 40 miles on it in 2 weeks, all from driving it back and forth to the dealer. Let's keep the fingers crossed. Thanks for the input.
