Angry Egr Sos

This weekeng I cleaned the egr ports on my 98 f150 4.6 . They were clogged up bad. I got them cleaned and everything back together right but now I have a slight miss when accelerating. Any ideas?

Are you still getting codes? Did you clean out the hoses on the DPFE sensor? Post the codes if you have any.

I changed the dpfe and cleaned the hoses, neither helped. It has no codes since I cleaned the ports but it did have the p0401.

Have you taken it in to get the codes read or has the SES light just no come on?

AutoZone will read for free...sometimes missfires are logged, but no SES light (assuming its actually a missfire).

No there are no codes and no CEL I have my own code scan tool. It only does it when the engine is warm and under a light acceleration. If you hit it wot it does not do it. I even took the throttle body back off and double checked everthing and replaced both throttle body gaskets.
