Question fluid flush?

I have a 1999 f-150 sport 4x4 with the 4.6l engine. I just turned 40,000 miles on it today (tear tear). I am wondering if i should have all the fluids flush before summer. Would it be a good time to get all the fluids flushed now? I do not think it has been flushed before because i bought it used last sept. and it only had 30,000 miles. It doesnt get used to pull much if anything. What do u professionals think?

coolent flush

I have found that it's good maintenance to do a coolant fush every other year. Once a year won't hurt but it's probably overkill. I recommend just plain water during flushing, not harsh chemicals. Try adding Redline Waterwetter each time. This will help keep your heads cooler & lube the waterpump. Pep Boys usually carries the Redline products.
Have fun.

Change all of the fluids that you cannot determine have been changed according to the Owner's manual. Don't overlook how dark the brake fluid may be.
