Everyone here is willing to help out another member, post a legit question or topic and you will receive alot of helpful responses!! But to say you gained all that from a filter is way out there, many of us have done numerous mods to our trucks and know that you aren't going to gain azzzzzzzz kicking power from a filter change. There aren't many economical mods that will give our trucks a noticable increase, these are heavy vehicles and a 5-10hp gain can't be felt. It's takes a combination of certain mods before you'll feel any real power gains. But the $$$ add up real quick!!!!

Just a coincidence. These trucks have good days and bad days. On a good day, it is kick azzzzzssssssss, on a bad day, it is just a truck. Nothing at all to do with going down hills

I change my air filter on good days. Then I can say changing the air filter made my truck kick azzzzzssssssss!

I built an altar at home and it has a jar on top of it filled with Amsoil. I get down on my knees every day and pray for all those heathen who don't use synthetic oil!

serious question: can synthetic oil, in any way, hurt your engine/components?
