I change the plugs on my 4.6 every year, they are a pain in the 
, but it's certainly not an imposible job.. The worst one is the pasanger side behind the firewall. I of course use long extensions & saw a good tip on this board to use duck tape between the ext & the plug socket (great idea) so the socket dont fall off, had the problem many a time. I think there were even more tips, do a search or I'm sure the good people of this board will post some more, good luck
