Well, looked at the F250...it's built like the F150 should be. Available with standard, extended or s-crew, 6 speed or auto....both built like tanks! Real bumper supports everthing secured with metal not platis fasteners. The 6 speed you can actually take off from a stop in second gear, feels just like 1st gear in most cars. Almost 20% overdrive gear ratio in 6th. Good rebates and well, the only thing I can't get is the standard cab with a shortbed, but I think I can live with the extra 1.5 feet. The brakes......hefty disc all the way around and although the rotors may still be composite type, the extra diameter and larger calipers will work well......I can imagine replacing the junk rotors with Brembo OEM cryo teated units with the wellman linings...Whoa!!!!!!!!!
