1998 F-150 ignition problems at 17K & 20K?

1998 F-150 ignition problems at 17K & 20K?
1998 F-150 has at this time 22000 miles. The coil pack had to be replaced at 17K and again at 22K. I was told by dealer that the truck was not driven enough?
