Coil Issues.

Thanks for taking the time. I have a 95 ford f-150 supercharged with a aquamist intercooler. This winter my truck spits and sputters in the morning but runs like a champ in the afternoon or as soon as the engine compartment warms up. Even if the motor reads warm it takes a long time for the truck to run good. Maybe 15 minutes or so. I'm in Southern Ca. so its not that cold in the morning 50 degrees at worst. I took the truck to dealership they cant find anything wrong, but do agree something isn't right in the morning. The only thing they can come up with is that my coil is reading well below normal. Do you think my problem could be the coil? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I need to troubleshoot and all starts with you. Thank you.
