Poor engine performance

I have a 2000 fully loaded F150 lariet with 85k miles. The performance has started to slip a little, any ideas or suggestions on how to improve. I have flowmaster 40 and KN air filter. thanks

could be that you need new plugs/wires/ or O2 sensors. 85k is a good time for a tune-up
