I have a 93 f150 302/w E40D. When taking off from standstill (engine warmed up or not) it stalls out. It is like it goes complety dead than it will come back.

At cruising speeds it also does it but then its like it is a bad miss.

Anyone know of any possible problems?

 

Hello, I had a problem close to what your explaining. It turned out to be a faulty spark plug wire. Check them all! Make sure all the contacts are tight. Use the special grease made for wire connections. Also check your distributor and rotor. Hope this helps.

 

Check your fuel filter...I would probably replace it, you can get one for $6.00. New plugs/wires. Check all of your electrical connections, make sure they are clean and secure.
