Question 5.4 Dohc
I am looking in to ordering an airintake for a 2003 5.4 on E-bay, but it will not fit a DOHC 5.4. Are these the lightning engines?

The 2003 F-150 5.4 and the Lightning 5.4 are both SOHC. They are closely related, but use completely different intake systems.

DOHC stands for dual over head cams should be written if you have 32 valves or 16.

The 5.4L DOHC engines are in the Lincoln Navigators. F150's are all SOHC.
