i think it is the current 5.0 mustang mag has an article on the non-pi heads and the comparing of the non -pi heads to pi to the new 3v. turns out the non-pi are not that bad and respond wheel to porting. according to the article the intake is the problem. they took a pi intake made adaptors to make them fit the non-pi heads and picked up 30 hp. somthing to consider because the compression will be affected by installing the different heads.
in fully ported comparison the 2 are very comparible. the 3v blows them into the weeds.

Send me the list. If you goto modulardepot.com they have lists for the stang which is the same swap except different intake manifolds.
