4.6 to a DOHC 5.4

Sorry to bother you all but i got some quick questions that hopefully some one knows about, recently the crank in my 97 f150 sheared effectivily ruining the block it had 100000 and a procharger on it that was just installed from what i saw on the crank it had already cracked and the blower just put enough to shear it, so here is my questions I would like to put in either a 5.4 motor out of a 99+ f150 or put a 99+ NAvigator DOHC motor i am looking to get a "reliably" 400 horsepower out of the motor, my questions are the following, will a 5.4 DOHC nav motor fit into my 97 f150, how much work will be involved in the swap and how much stuff will i have to change ie. computer, and such, will this be cost benificial. and what sort of internal aftermarket parts are avaliable for the motor, or would it be more wise to put a 4.6 bored and stroked to a 302, any answers or insight will be greatly appriciated and i lookforward to seeing what everone thinks
THanks in advance
Dan

Another option...Lightning engine. Easy to get 400 reliable hp from that and it's been done.
