Engine stalling
Hey all,
I have a 1997 F150 4x4 with 72,000 or so on the clock..
Every so often under low speed deceleration (like pulling to a stop sign) my engine (4.6 Ltr) just stalls. No sputter, no cough, no nadda, it just stops. I'm currently getting quotes to get the Plugs and the fuel filter changed out. Does anyone have any other things I can/should check? (Air filter is in pretty good shape)
Thoughts?
-Peter

Here is the IAC valve on a 1999 Ford F150 5.4L engine. It is bolted to the Intake Plenum with two bolts.
