Rising fuel $
Seen on the news where gas could reach $3/gallon for regular unleaded this summer. (Sure glad I got my 4.2L V-6. Getting 22 mpg hiway).
July 4th is mid-summer ...... what's the highest price you expect to pay by then.
$1.70 now .... $2.45 then

I've never seen 87 octane for more than 1.599 at the citgo stations I get my gas from.
I don't expect to see it hit 1.70 (crossing fingers) but I probably wont be driving too much during the summer anyway.
Granted there are stations other than the ones I use that might get pretty high. I doubt any will hit 2.00 though for 87.

Sounds like we all might be getting a rectal exam this summer......... If it's true, that'll really suck! I plan on doing a lot of camping and when I tow my trailer, I get a whopping 9 mpg! Great.................................
