Anyone know the mfg. of Advance Auto Parts brand oil filters, and motor oil ?

 

One of their employees told me it was Texaco Havoline, but who knows?

 

I can answer my own question now. Contacted Advance Auto customer service dept. and asked them. They replied it is mfg. by Coastal Unilube. Never heard of them, do not I will try it in the F150. May use it in lawnmowers or old farm trucks.

 

Per Advance Auto Parts customer service dept. their Advance (private label) oil filters are mfg. by Purolator. And I see they are 1/2 the price of the genuine Purolators next to them. And Purolator also makes the Motorcraft filters too.
