Trouble code P1518

Auto Zone says Intake Manifold Runner Control. Is that the large sensor on top of intake of my 4.2L just inside the butterfly? They said remove and clean it. I did that and service eng back on again.
Am I messing with the right thing and if not please tell me what and where. Are there any way to check it. Any help would be greatly appreciated

The IMRC are located at the rear of the engine. In this photo, the one on the left has two blue vacuum lines attached to it. They open and close valves inside the lower intake manifold to control air flow.

They can become stuck when too much carbon builds up. Usually though, it's a leak in the vacuum lines. The vacuum lines run to a reseviour behind the battery. That's what you should check first.

What you cleaned is the IAC.
