Truck wont drive

Truck wont drive

Hey guys I just bought a 95 Ford F150 and I am having problems with it first it died on me coming home from work it started bucking and slowing down I can get it started but it dies again after a couple of seconds I replaced the fuel filter thinking that was it but it wasnt I also checked to see if the fuel pump was working it appears to be I wasgoing to change the fuel pressure regulator to see if that will work Then someone told me about the ignition coil so I wold very much appreciate any feedback

you could have water in your gas.(do you keep it in a heated garage?condensation)
maybe do a fuel pressure check.
vacuum hose may have fallen off
coil wire bad
bad alt. connection

From: Houston, by way of every major city in America.
I had that happen on another Ford, and it was a stuck thermostat and 02 sensor. Replaced them both and never had another problem. The engine was not warming up enough in cold temps, and the 02 was just plain bad. Good luck. Is it giving a check engine light so you can check the codes?,,,,98

Well my truck had similar problems... it turned out to be the ECT sensor at that time I also changed my iat sensor too... but both temp sensors are easy enough to check with an ohmmeter...
